I think single sided e-mail QSL cards are the way of the future. As with all new programs, software problems will pop up from time to time. What counts is the promptness of the support you get to fix the program. Being a beta tester for this program, I have a unique view on how fast a problem is fixed once a it is found. I know for a fact that Robert has dropped working on other projects to get a bug in this program fixed fast. As for support, I would give him an “A+”. Over the last few months, I have watched as Robert received various user requests and has added feature after feature, all of which have made this program faster and easier to use. He has told me about many more enhancements which he is planning to add as time becomes available. This program would be a great buy at $200, but it is a super deal at $50.
